Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
Only Blank Silicone Wristbands can be returned
Only Blank Tyvek Wristbands can be returned
Defective/Damaged Items are eligible for a Remake or Refund
Refunds will only be approved in the event of a defective, or damaged product
If you receive a pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cutoff time for change requests is 1 hour. Requests made after 1 hour of order placement may incur an additional fee depending on the order status
Design change requests accepted after production starts will incur a 15% production fee
All claims of packages lost or damaged in transit must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date. Any claims submitted after this time frame will not be valid for processing or reimbursement due to limitations on when claims are accepted for approval by the carriers.
In the case of items missing from your package, the original packaging will need to be provided to the appropriate shipping carrier as a condition of claim approval.
Order Cancellation Requests may be subject to a 33% fee deducted from the refund depending on the order status
